Refund/Cancellation Policy

75% of total charged will be refunded if an attendee cancels 30 or more days prior to event. 50% of total charged will be refunded if an attendee cancels 15-30 days prior to the event.
No refunds will be awarded if attendee cancels less the 15 days prior to event.
Participant substitutions will be allowed; however, the request for substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant or the company/facility of the original registrant.
